How we schedule Bonita
Bonita Springs sits at the south end of Lee County, around 35 to 45 minutes from Cape Coral depending on I-75 traffic, and longer in season. Rather than send a crew down for one house and back, we set aside Bonita days and fill them. For you that means a fixed visit day that rarely moves, which is what most recurring and seasonal clients want anyway. Same-day turnovers are possible for rental owners already on our Bonita schedule.
A seasonal town
A big share of Bonita homes, from the gated golf communities east of the interstate to the condos along Bonita Beach Road and toward the bay, belong to owners who are here for the winter. That shapes most of our work there: an opening clean in the fall, regular visits while owners are in residence, and a closing clean in spring before they head north. Between seasons we can do a mid-summer refresh before family visits or a rental stay.
Condo and community rules
Many Bonita communities are gated and many condo buildings ask service vendors to register at the gate or the office, use service elevators and keep to set hours. Give us the community name when you ask for a quote and we’ll sort out the gate list and any certificate of insurance the association wants on file before the first visit. Some associations restrict short-term rentals, which is between you and the HOA, but it’s worth checking before you book turnovers.
