In short: we clean in Lehigh Acres, about 35 minutes east of the Cape. Most of our Lehigh work is move-in and move-out cleans in newer homes, plus recurring visits for families. A move-out clean of a 3/2 typically runs $300–$450 and a biweekly visit $140–$190, as estimates.

New builds and first move-ins
Lehigh Acres has added thousands of new single-family homes in recent years, and a new house is not a clean one. Builders leave drywall dust on every ledge and inside the cabinets, paint spatter on tile, stickers on windows and grit in the slider tracks. A move-in clean before the furniture arrives is the easiest time to deal with it: inside every cabinet and closet, the appliances, the glass and the floors. If the builder’s final clean was light, this is the clean that makes the house feel finished.
Rentals changing hands
A lot of Lehigh homes are rentals, and leases turn over all year. For landlords and property managers we do the move-out clean between tenants, with photos for the file, and can work from your own turnover list. For tenants leaving, the same clean is the best way to protect a deposit. Book a week or two ahead if you can, especially near the end of the month.
Well water, septic and outdoor dust
Many Lehigh homes are on private wells, and iron in well water can leave orange or brown staining on toilets, tubs, shower walls and around sink drains. We treat that with products made for rust and mineral stains, not bleach, which can set iron stains. Larger lots, unpaved shoulders and ongoing construction nearby also mean more dust coming in on shoes and through the garage, so entry floors and baseboards get extra attention.

Lehigh Acres questions
Do you do builder or post-construction cleans in Lehigh?
We do move-in cleans of finished new homes. Heavy construction debris removal, before the home is complete, is a separate trade.
Can you remove rust stains from well water?
Most fresh staining comes off with the right product. Old, set-in stains on worn fixtures may lighten but not disappear, and we’ll tell you what to expect before we start.
