In short: we clean offices and small commercial spaces in Cape Coral after hours, one to five nights a week: restrooms, break rooms, desks and touch points, floors and trash. A small office under 2,000 sq ft typically costs $100–$200 per visit; larger spaces typically $0.06–$0.12 per square foot per visit, with a $100 minimum. These are estimates; we quote after a walkthrough.
The kinds of spaces we clean
- Professional offices along Cape Coral Parkway, Del Prado and Pine Island Road: insurance, real estate, accounting and law offices.
- Medical and dental suites for waiting rooms, offices and restrooms. Clinical areas that need disinfection to a specific protocol are cleaned to your written protocol and products.
- Salons, studios and showrooms where the floor and glass are what customers notice first.
- Retail units in strip plazas, including the back room and staff restroom.
A typical night’s visit
- Restrooms cleaned and disinfected; paper, soap and liners restocked from your supply
- Break room counters, sink, microwave and fridge front cleaned
- Desks cleared of trash and wiped where clear; papers are never moved
- Door handles, light switches, railings and phones disinfected
- Entry glass and front door cleaned of fingerprints
- Carpets vacuumed, hard floors swept and damp-mopped
- Trash and recycling emptied and taken to the dumpster
Deeper work runs on a rotation: baseboards and vents monthly, interior glass partitions and blinds quarterly, and anything else you need built into the schedule.
Keys, alarms and trust
An after-hours crew holds your keys and your alarm code, so the same small crew is assigned to your building, and you know their names. We follow your alarm and lock-up procedure to the letter and text when the building is secured if you want that. Anything left out that looks confidential stays exactly where it is.
What we leave to specialists
Carpet extraction, floor stripping and waxing, high exterior windows and pressure washing are specialist jobs with their own equipment. We’ll flag when they’re due and can recommend timing so they happen between our visits rather than on top of them.

Do you clean during business hours?
Most commercial cleaning happens after you close, so nobody works around a vacuum. Day porter visits, such as a midday restroom check, can be added.
How do you price an office?
From a walkthrough: square footage, number of restrooms, flooring types and how many nights a week. You get a flat monthly figure.
Do you provide paper towels and soap?
We restock from your supply. If you’d like us to buy consumables, we can bill them at cost on the monthly invoice.
Is there a long contract?
No. Monthly service with 30 days’ notice to change or stop, after a first month to settle the scope.
