These terms apply to anyone using this website.
Information on this site
The pages describe our cleaning services and cleaning in general. They aren’t a promise about any particular home until a visit is booked and its scope agreed.
Prices shown
Prices on this site are estimates for typical homes, not offers. The price for your cleaning is the flat quote we give you before booking.
Bookings and cancellations
Scope, price and the visit day are agreed when you book. Please give at least two days’ notice to skip or cancel a scheduled visit.
Re-clean policy
If something on the agreed checklist was missed, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we’ll return to fix it at no charge.
Pictures
Photographs show the kind of homes and work described on the page and are not records of specific jobs.
