Which parts of Fort Myers we cover
Most of our Fort Myers work is on the west side of the city, closest to the bridges: the McGregor corridor and its older riverfront streets, Whiskey Creek, the neighborhoods off Colonial and Summerlin, and the gated communities further south toward Cypress Lake. We also clean in the condos and townhomes around the Gulf Coast Town Center side of the county when the schedule allows. If you’re east of I-75, call and ask; it depends on the day.
Older homes near the river, newer ones in the gates
The two ends of Fort Myers clean differently. Older ranch homes off McGregor have terrazzo or original tile, jalousie or single-pane windows, and plenty of trim and built-ins that collect dust. They need a careful hand with old grout and stone and products that won’t etch terrazzo. The newer gated communities further south are mostly open-plan with big sliders, lots of glass and porcelain tile, and they show every streak and footprint. Condos and seasonal owners
Fort Myers has a lot of condominiums along the river and in the south of the city, many owned by people who are here only part of the year. We clean condos on a recurring schedule, open them up before owners arrive, and close them down after, and we work with building rules on parking, elevators and service hours. Tell us if the building needs a certificate of insurance on file before a vendor’s first visit, and it will be sent over.
